QMA promotes fitness, fun and friendship through a range of athletic activities for everyone from beginner to age group elite standard. Membership starts from age 30 and has no limit. Regular competitions are held in Brisbane, Gold Coast and across North Queensland. There are opportunities to compete at state, national and international championships.
